Patrick Martin Ministries' church transitional ministry provides intentional leadership and guidance for chruches during seasons of pastoral change and transition. This ministry often includes training pastor search teams to discern the Lord's will, interview, and call pastoral staff. Transitional ministry also offers leadership consultation to help church staff and lay leaders assess congregational health, address unresolved issues, and clarify mission and direction. Patrick also provides leadership from the pulpit, shepherding churches between pastoral leadership. offering stability, preaching, pastoral care, and strategic guidance that prepares the congregation for a healthy new chapter of ministry.

PMM also assists with administrative tasks, evaluating systems, structures, and workflows to ensure sustainability.
